i..e Loan against Property, I can get loan from other Bank ?
What I have read on your website they will provide 60% of the market value. But without papers How they can provide a loan ?

Hi,
Iam looking for a home loan of 35 lakhs. I would like to know the interest rate and the max years i can take to pay it back.Ive tried to find this through many calculators in the internat but im not satisfied with the reply as it is always different with a different calculator.
Also please suggest me what are the various home loan options one has?
Any information regarding home loan will be highly apprecaited.

I am Bhimashankar, currently working for Infosys from past 5 Months. I am intrested to go for Home loan, the amount would be 10L.But i want to know about is there any restriction on service? as i am only having 5 Months Exp.
