Krishi Rin Mochan Yojna – farm loan waiver scheme, Uttar Pradesh
Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh will launch its flagship ‘Krishi Rin Mochan Yojna’, or farm loan waiver scheme, in Lucknow
Eligibility – To avail the scheme, Crop loans of up to Rs1 lakh will be waived, farmers will have to link their account with Aadhaar and verify it.
Key Updates of Krishi Rin Mochan Yojana
- waive off upto 1 lakh of crop loan of small and marginal farmers.
- Union home minister RajNath Singh will be the chief guest.
- Certificates to 7500 farmers covered under the scheme.
- After 5 September, ministers will distribute certificates in their respective districts taking forward the scheme.
