THE SCHEME FOR EXTENDING LOAN FOR FINANCING APPLICATION MONEY FOR RESIDENTIAL FLATS BEING ALLOTTED UNDER DELHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY [DDA] HOUSING SCHEME 2024.

Eligibility:

1. The applicant must be an Indian Citizen above the age of 18 years.
2. Salaried Individuals should be confirmed in service.
3. Non- salaried class engaged in business, professional and self -employed persons.
4. The applicant should be eligible to apply for Flat being allotted by DDA as per their Scheme.
5. The applicant should preferably be the resident of command area of the branch.
6. New customer should be well introduced to the bank with proper KYC /Due Diligence exercise.

The following documents including upfront charges shall be submitted/ collected along with loan application for seeking loan.

1. Proof of Residential Address
2. Proof of Identity – PAN card is mandatory.
3. One photograph
4. One post- dated cheque
5. Upfront fee
6. No –income proof is required.

Opening of SB a/c is not a prerequisite at this stage.
