Kerala State Housing Board Scheme 2024 – Application Forms Details

Organised and planned development of building activities particularly of residential accommodation has been lacking in the State.Various Governmental and Non-Governmental agencies are executive house building schemes without any c-ordination.The agencies have also not been able to function effectively due to their inability ton funds at the proper time.

The Housing Minister’s Conference hold to 1957 and in 1961 had recommended the establishment of a Housing Board or Corporation in every State.Housing Board already been established in many other States.
