Hyundai Sales March 2023 – Creta, Venue, i10, i20, Alcazar, Aura
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) reported strong growth in both its domestic sales and exports for march 2023. Domestic sales rose by 13.45 percent YoY, with 50,600 units sold in March 2023, as compared to 44,600 units sold in February 2022. Volume sales stood at 6k units. On the other hand, HMIL’s exports increased significantly by 19.1 percent YoY.
Following high demand for models such as the Creta, New Venue, Alcazar, Tucson, Aura and Grand i10 Nios, waiting period has stretched upto 24 weeks for the petrol variant and upto 32 weeks for the Creta diesel. It was the best-selling passenger car and best-selling compact SUV in the past month. Facelifted Creta as well as Creta EV are planned for launch in India.
