Purpose of loan – Borrower can take loan for all legal purposes.
Eligible Applicant – All Indian National are eligible, NRI’s are not eligible.
Minimum 50 Lakhs of loan amount available.
60% loan to value ration as per GLV.
Processing Fees starts from 1% + GST.
Term of loan / Repayment = 10 – 15 Years.
Security for loan against commercial property = Showroom, Office Space, Banquet Hall, Warehouse and Hospital Etc.
