Punjab National bank offers 100% waiver on processing fees for Home loans & car loans for limited period.

PNB launched its Gen-Next housing scheme for public in which borrower must have minimum income per month is Rs.35000, Under this scheme minimum loan amount available are 20 lakhs & maximum amount based on the need.

Repayment period is same as normal home loan scheme – 30 Years.

For Rs.300 lac- 0.50% of loan amount Maximum Rs.20000/- For above – Rs.50000/-

Rs.1350/- charged for documentations.
