Construct:

(1) 18m EMI with transaction amount split as 60:40 (Loan amount: Bullet payment) with the bullet charged at the end of the tenure

(1) Special scheme for 18m – 8% on transaction amount (loan amount + bullet payment)

The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria:

• To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank Credit Card holder shall be required to make a transaction/purchase on the Website using ICICI Bank Cards during the Offer Period from Jan 1, 2023 till Dec 31, 2024.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Cardholder(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and those who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Cardholder/s is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Cardholder/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period

TERMS PRESCRIBED BY THE ALLIANCE PARTNER

1. Offer is applicable on below devices only: S22 Series, Flip 4, Fold 4, Flip 3 & Fold 3 (and new versions in the flip/ fold series that may be launched during the term of the agreement)
2. The device must be purchased from an authorized reseller store only.
3. Offer valid only on card swiped on Plutus/Pinelabs POS/EDC terminal under brand EMI Alliance Partner Forever scheme
4. The overall transaction amount will be divided into 2 parts i.e. 60% & 40% of the transaction amount
5. 60% of the transaction amount (Loan amount) will be converted into equated monthly instalments of 18 months tenure.
6. 40% of the transaction amount (deferred amount) will be billed to Cardholder/s after the end of completion of EMI tenure of loan amount, i.e. – in the 19th month credit card statement from the 1^st EMI month.
7. The Cardholder/s shall be responsible to pay the said amount of 40% of the transaction amount at once and in whole as outstanding amount on the card in the billing cycle immediately succeeding the completion of the EMI tenure of the Offer
8. Interest rate of 7.5% per annum on reducing basis shall be applicable on overall transaction amount.
9. Entire interest amount @7.5% on overall transaction amount will be charged in the first 18 months of EMI tenure.
10. Processing fee of 1% on 60% of transaction amount (loan amount) will be charged in the first month of EMI tenure.
11. The Cardholder/s may close the facility (prepayment of the outstanding amount) at any time by contacting ICICI Bank’s customer care to avail of the foreclosure. Foreclosure charges equal to 3% on outstanding principal amount plus next month’s interest shall be levied to card account. The card member necessarily has to call up the ICICI Bank customer care for complete prepayment of the facility.
12. Goods and services tax will be applicable on processing fee, interest and foreclosure charges.
13. This scheme is provided to cardholder as no extra cost* EMI. The benefit of no extra cost* EMI will be provided as cashback equal to total interest charged by the bank over a period of 18 month tenure. This cashback will be credited into open & active credit card account within 90 days from the end of transaction month, on a best effort basis.
